She founded SPIN productions and Non Profit sister organization - The SPIN Foundation, which both serve the international arts and culture marketing space on behalf of the local industry in South Africa and the continent.

As Executive Director, she has led the production of global collaborations for the Government such as the Millennium Television Network Y2K events, The World Summit on Sustainable Development, The World Expo Hannover Germany, The Thabo Mbeki Presisential Inauguration, The Johannesburg Development Agency,

The Milan Expo and celebrated 20 years in this work by establishing the International Jazz Day initiative in South Africa along-side the United Nations Education Science and Culture Organization (UNESCO) and the Herbie Hancock Institute FOr Jazz, who launched a worldwide jazz campaign for global unity and tolerance.
